The Best Mango Guava Smoothie

Smoothies are a great healthy drink to have in the mornings to get you day going. Try substituting a smootie for your morning coffee or a soda through out the day for a week. You will be amazed at just how good you feel, and how much more energy you have. Below is a wonderful green smoothie recipe that I use to start my day:

Mango Guava smoothie recipe for all occasions

Serves: 2

350 ml guava juice
1 banana, frozen
2 mangos, frozen
2 teaspoons of lemon juice

How to make it

Remove the skin from the mango before you freeze it, cut it into large chunks.Ripe and slice the banana before you freeze it. Then mix all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Tip: Use lime juice if you have it.
